The School of Art and Design is offering a new fashion concentration introducing students to various aspects of the fashion industry, from design and production to manufacturing, promotion, branding, and sales. Art and Design alumnus John Jennings recently launched Megascope, a new graphic novel line rooted in the genre of Afrofuturism. Students at the University of Illinois can now explore responsible futures through research in traditional print media and emergent technologies such as data visualization, digital interaction, information design, systems thinking, and visual narrative through the new Master of Fine Arts in Design for Responsible Innovation.
